Cold Rolling Caliber

Cold rolling calibers are working tools used in cold rolling mills for tube production. They are designed to form the required geometry of tube blanks during the cold rolling process.

The working surfaces of calibers are exposed to high contact loads and cyclic stresses during operation. Therefore, the products require high manufacturing accuracy, precise surface finishing, and high wear resistance.

Guide Systems manufactures cold rolling calibers according to customer drawings, as well as based on samples and existing components. If required, design documentation can be restored through reverse engineering.
