The Guide Systems production facility opened in September 2020 at 3 Monterskaya Street in Yekaterinburg.
The 416 m2 workshop houses modern equipment capable of manufacturing custom parts of any complexity from a variety of materials.
Since its opening, over 20,000 parts for rolling mills and fittings have been manufactured here. Production operates 24/7. We work only with trusted metal suppliers: the first batches of blanks are inspected with a portable materials analyzer, and the results are verified against quality certificates.
All machines are connected to the Dispatcher monitoring system, which allows for real-time monitoring of their operation to improve production efficiency and prevent the release of substandard products.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES:
Cuts any materials up to 400×400 mm in size.
2. Electrical discharge machine Meatec DK7763.
Allows the production of complex-shaped parts from conductive materials of varying hardness with an accuracy of ±0.015 mm and surface finish up to Ra0.8.
3.DK7750 High-Speed Electrical Discharge Machine.
Product accuracy is 0.012 mm (12 µm), roughness up to 1.2 Ra, and machining thickness up to 600 mm.
4. OKUMA CNC lathe model Genos L300-M.
When producing rolls with a diameter of up to 300 mm, OKUMA machines ensure a radial runout accuracy relative to the axis of the central hole of 0.01 mm, an axial runout of 0.005-0.01 mm, and also allow the processing of hardened steels with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.
5.Turning and milling machining center OKUMA model GENOS L3000-e MYW.
Equipped with a counterspindle, Y-axis, and automatic bar feeder, this machine allows for the production of parts with minimal shape and surface deviations by reducing the number of setups. The maximum workpiece diameter is 390 mm.
6. Akira Seiki V4.5 SRT CNC vertical machining center.
The machine is heavier, which improves rigidity. It has a higher machining speed and torque. The worktable size is 1500 x 600 mm, and the maximum table load is 2250 kg.
7. OKUMA Vertical Machining Center Genos M560V-e 4 axis machining.
The high-rigidity machine is equipped with a 4th axis to expand milling capabilities.
8.Vertical milling OC PRIMINER model VF1100.
The VF series delivers superior cutting performance and reduced vibration to meet the most demanding machining requirements. Maximum torque is 105 Nm, power is 24/20 kW, and table surface dimensions are 1300 x 600 mm.
9. Turning center SKM series NL4000M/2200 (drive tool)
The machine is specially designed to ensure long-term precision and surface quality of the workpiece.
Working area: Max. diameter and machining length: Ø638 x 2145 mm, Max. workpiece weight: 5,500 kg.
10. Surface grinding machine USG 63125H.10
The machine is designed for grinding flat and side surfaces of steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metal parts mounted on a table mirror, magnetic plate, or fixture. The machine features high rigidity and increased machining accuracy.
Table dimensions: 630 x 1250 mm, table load capacity: 815 kg.
11.G-MARK Lasermarking machine
We mark each part with its designation and any additional information requested by the customer. Laser engraving can be performed on parts made of any material: metals and alloys, including heat-treated ones, plastics, wood, glass, ceramics, paper, rubber, leather, and stone.
12. Quality control
Geometrical control of parts is performed using Mitutoyo measuring instruments: micrometers, three-point bore gauges, indicator bore gauges, digital calipers, protractors, and profilometers. The measuring instruments are verified by accredited organizations.
