CCM Segment Frame

A continuous casting machine segment frame is a load-bearing structure designed for mounting and supporting the equipment of a continuous casting machine segment. The frame ensures accurate positioning of rolls, guides, and other components involved in the formation and support of the continuously cast strand.

During operation, the segment frame is subjected to significant mechanical, thermal, and vibration loads. Therefore, high requirements are imposed on its strength, rigidity, and manufacturing accuracy.
